Bad service

I took my car in for service without dent or scratches , when I went to collect it I found a big scratch on it, the lady who did inspection claimed she saw it but she didn't bother to tell me because she assumed I know my car and I came knowing that I scratched it. I asked them to check the camera so that I can see what happened and they refused, the manager told me it's just a waste of time. I wouldn't advise anyone to take their car to that dealership because it is not safe. Poor service and lack of accountability.
