WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

VW Auto house is Centurion is the worst!

The sales manage Stefan is very rude and he is extremely unprofessional. I took in my car for 30K service and when it got back it was leaking oil. I had to take it back to two times and each time i went there their service was horrible!

The cracked my windscreen and now they are refusing to be liable for the damage they caused. I asked for footage of when the car was at their dealer to see what they did and Stefan refused.

I had called VW SA to escalate and they had assured me that this issue will be resolved now my customer care consultant is unreachable.

I would like to advice regarding the correct process to escalate to VW Germany on this!

This is extremely frustrating!!
