VW Vereening bad service

In 2019-08-31 i bought a car from VW Vereeniging a brine new car with 100km on it and i am the first drive on the car. A year later that was around 2020 september this car started giving me technical problems. The first time i encounted this problem i took my car to the nerest vw and that was the one in Sasolburg free state and they told me they charged the bettery two day after i took my car it started agian this problem of not starting i thought it was just a small thing and when it happend again my wife told me she experienced such problem too and she thought its just a small problem later on i took my car back to where i bought it and they told me i should bring it in so they can check it. I left my car there for the whole day and the supervisour told me he does not see anything belive me i took my car drove home not knowing what is the problem.

I started asking people who knows about cars what mite be the problem when a car does not want to start. One morning i decided to take it back to VW Sasolburg i told this guys the problem of this car and what i got from a white sales woman there was " take this car back where you bought it and come buy a car from us you will never get such problems" i asked her if VW Vereeniging is not part of them she said no they are just a branch. I got so angry to a point that i will take it back. Believe a day after my wife was using that polo and i was at work she end up calling me telling me we must meet at vereeniging vw she does not want that car any more meaning it has been doing the same problem ove and over up until she got tired of it. We did meet at the garage and we told those ppl we dont want that any more tge very same supervisor told us to live the car with them he will take a look at it. The people i asked about what mite cause the problem they said it mite be the starter of the car and when i left my car the i told the supervisor that he must pls check the starter of that car. Believe me i left my car for 3 day and the third day i had to call the garage to check if they are winning but they told me no. I decided to go to the garage to check on my car when i get there you could see this ppl they did not even touch the car.

The supervisor told me he can not see anything what i must do for him is i must take a video clip when it does that problem so that they can take it to VW HEAD Office to show them and i said fine i will do that. A week later i manage to get a video for them i took it and i meet with the manager told him my story even gave him my video he promised he will get back to me till today he has not got back to me.

I am still experiancing that problem even this morning. Guys be aware where you purchases your car believe me this is my first car i owned dam i have a very bad experiance witb it and i dont wish anyone to go through what i have been through.
