VW Autohaus Centurion ***** your money when you pay for parts

I bought spares from vw they are unable and unwilling to provide the spares that I paid for in full when I ordered the spares and when I informed them of they can give me the parts they must refund me but I was told via the counter sales person that their manager Louis Grousbeek that vw do not refund. This manager is too spineless to talk to me herself and and refused to speak to me apperently this is vw Autohaus internal policy to not to refund they do not have to pay me cash just refund to the account and card that I bought with. Do not do business with these ****** who take your money but do not deliver the parts
