VW Autohaus Centurion not to be trusted

If you ever need to take your vehicle to VW for a service, I suggest that you skip VW Autohaus Centurion! My vehicle went in for a claim assessment because of a faulty media interface. They were supposed to JUST do the claim and check a clicking sound on the clutch, rather new software was installed on my steering system and they then managed to lock the steering. No estimation could be given on how long it would take to repair the problem. No feedback at all was given to me during the time my vehicle stood at VW Centurion. After a week and a half they called and said I can collect my vehicle. No one could tell me what went wrong and why that specific software was installed on my vehicle. The service manager is rude and ignores calls and emails, or just gives vague answers. They ignore requests on the job card and just do what they want to. After collecting my vehicle, the vehicle pulled to the right, the auto lights weren't working and scratches on the dash. I had to take the vehicle to another VW branch to be repaired. They informed me that the wrong codes were installed on some of the features. Bear in mind my vehicle only has 800km on the clock and VW Autohaus managed to break things that weren't broken.
