VW 1.4 Polo's parts st********** during the vehicle's stay at VW Church Street in Acardia

I would like to start by commending Norman from parts department for his patience and warm assistance. I would also like to thank Eric our service consultant for also being patient with us until we managed to collect our VW Polo. It is just unfortunate that my VW 1.4 Polo's parts were stripped during the vehicle's stay at VW Church Street in Acardia. The car was taken in for service and ignition repair + a new key during late 2017 and was only collected on the 4th of April 2018. We had financial challenges as my health deteriorated and we had to take car of my medical bills. Upon collection the car's boot lock appeared to have been opened and as such the boot is no longer locking when closed, the top Arial was removed (but this was replaced by VW upon my complaint) and the back wiper cap was also st**********. The excuse given is that the car spent most time in their premises hence parts were *******ly removed, I am however of the view that my car didn't deserve to be reduced into a s**** due to failure on our side to settle the balance due in time. I should have taken the car to the s****yard ha i wanted it to come back without parts, It is unfortunate they are nice people who were patient with us but at the same time our parts were ******.
