These crafty salesmen are like wolves

I bought a 2nd hand car from autohaus centurian 28th Feb, now I bought the car trusting the name vw, I knew I was going to pay extra but I didn't mind because it was from a 'reputable' company, I spent R114000 on a 2010 polo, now I'm not mechanical at all so I didn't have a look at the engine or anything, I had a look at the outside and there we some issues they said they were going to sort out, some dents wich was sorted, I then took delivery of the car and started using it when withing two weeks of buying the car the clutch gave in, I called them and Maynard the sales rep said to bring the car in, 'he has someone that will fix it' an after being inconvenienced for 2 days without a courtesy car I got the car back, a week later I heard a loud noise coming from under the car, when I had stopped to look at it, there was a big plastic cover underneath the engine that was falling off, not only that was the computer box lying loose under the bonnet and the brakes was making a skreatching noise, I called Maynard again he said I should bring the car in again, and again being inconvenienced without a courtisy car I left the car again to be sorted, I got the car back later to find a key ring on my keys with another mechanics details on it, not a vw mechanic but another mechanic in the area, so I asked Maynard what was that and he said it was someone in the area who had done the work on the car, my dad then told me that they were not suppose to use an unqualified vw mechanic in the car and they probably used pirate parts when fixing my car, when I got the car back I was told that the brakes will still make a noise for a few days because of rust on the pads, it's been a week and there is still no difference with the car, I then sent him a msg to find out how long will it make this noise, Maynards response to me was that its normal to make that skreatching sound and it won't go away, it's normal, now in all my years of driving I've never come across a car that is normal when the brakes makes a noise, he hasn't responded to me now in two days, when I had bought the car the said that VW does a 80 point check, so bought the car trusting in the brand VW, them saying the there is a full service history plus roadworthy I didn't think there was going to be so much trouble with the car, I bought a brand expecting excellence from the name VW but I am truly disappointed in the after sales service and feel like I've been a 'by the way' customer to be ignored of my request, and being told incorrect information that I am just suppose to belive that is 'nornal',who stands up for the little guy up against a big name like VW? Are these salesman at Autohaus Centurian a bunch of wolves just out to exploit us? If they had done this to me who else have they done this to? I would recommend anybody to use Autohaus Centurian because of there bad afters ales service and craftyness using pirate parts in there vehicles!
