Spare keys. Still nothing after 2 months waiting

I purchased the vehicle from VW Autohaus Centurion in Early February 2016, on the 11th if I'm not mistaken. They were very keen on getting me to come and collect the vehicle that day but when I got there for the vehicle collection, I was told the spare keys are misplaced at the moment and they will have them for my in a couple of days, we even wrote this down on paper and the salesman signed next to it.<br> A week later I called to find out whether the keys were available, they weren't. This went on for a few weeks afterwards. I've sent them emails, went to their dealership and even filed a complaint with VW SA but the issue still has not been resolved.<br> <br> Everytime I go there the manager (Willem Stears) has a bad attitude towards me and does not seem very keen in addressing the issue. He keeps telling me, \maybe in the next two weeks\". Even after coming back in two weeks its still the same story. I've been waiting for two months now and the frustration is building up along with the costs of having to visit their dealership on a weekly basis during work hours."
