****ty ****ty company to deal with

Good day Mr Peter,

I am writing this to report the service i have been receiving from vw since last week....

Last week l took my car in for service. I asked them to service my car plus check my lights.

Because they do things as they please they only Serviced the car but never looked into my lights, never bothered to check my Tyres as per my request....

This week for the second time l booked in my car to be fixed....

This afternoon i get a phone call from them telling me that my car needs R35000 to fix everything because there is a lot of damages....

My car doesn't have enough damages, besides i asked them to check my one wheel, and my lights so why the **** are they looking into things l never requested.... I then advised a lady by the name of Funi that they shouldnt do anything on my car she then told me that l need to pay them R1500.00 because they diagonised my car on things l never requested from them....

No one told me that l will be charged R1500.00 to diagonise my car....

My car is not fixed , they failed just like last week, they Know how to bill people more than they fix....

Charging me R1500 before they even fix the car , what m l , do l look like a money machine or you just disrespecting me....

How the **** do i ask u to fix something and you wanna fix your own stuff....

Service is very poor at this place. I don't know who do they think they are .

Last week they did half job on my car and l was getting phone calls from them asking me to rate their service.... Who begs for compliments.

Let's see if they gonna call me and ask how was the experience from the service l received....

I know they don't care about this and i know that they won't do anything about it. SINCE I AM JUST A NUMBER AND I JUST DRIVE A VW POLO SO NO ONE GIVES A ****
