Service sucks

Service is poor and phatetic on the 03/04/2018 my car broke down I had to take it to them then they advices me that the car need to be booked in,I said it's fine it was around 15:30 then I asked for a drop off they said it's late they can't do it it's only pick up times I must organize a transport for myself. They gave me a quotation all of the sudden it's a different amount without any explanation why the amount went up. I had to do follow up about my car they told me it's ready for collection no pick up nothing I had to make a plan to fetch my car. The staff are not helpful at all they can make you feel unwelcome there service it's sucks big time. I have been servicing with Autohaus since 2013 then from last year service started to be horrible
