service!!!

I write this email in complete disgust at the service levels received from CMH Cape City VW. After several months of searching, I found a 2012 Scirocco 2.0L TSI DSG and was assisted by sales consultant, Bruce Singers who arranged an OTP. After a very tedious and painstaking process, delivery was arranged. The car left Cape Town on Tuesday, 30th June 2015 and arrived at Investment Cars in Bryanston on 3rd July 2015. <br> I received no communication about the arrival of the vehicle in Johannesburg. At 4.30pm Bruce called to inform me that the vehicle had only just arrived and that it was too late to be washed and that if I want the vehicle, I can come to collect the dirty car and wash it on my own. I find this completely unacceptable. Since I am paying for this vehicle and I expect a certain level of competency and service. Tomorrow (Saturday, 4th July 2015) I will be going to Investment cars at 11am. Should the car not be cleaned and ready for collection at the above-mentioned time, please cancel the deal and keep the car. Not only will I no longer want the vehicle, I will be reporting this to VW SA and this will be highlighted on every social media site at my disposal.
