Rusted Window

<p>I bought myself a caddy and the right hand side sliding window rusted and this was my first caddy and I replaced the window due to the side window rust out of the glass and it cost me R8500 rand i did go to VW for a loylty claim but they ignored me.I bought myself another Caddy 2008 Trendline and yesterday the same window fell out due to rust inside the window.Surely this is a problem with the caddy's but they just say that they cant help me.I spoke to customer care but they claim only rust on the body and i did not service it with them.</p> <p>I think it is a problem with the window how can i owe 2 caddies and both windows fell out and it is rusted. </p>
