Poor customer service at VW centurion

<p> I took in my car for a major service at 8:30 am. Was dropped off at home. I understood it takes longer for a major service but i was told my car would be ready in the afternoon. I called at about 3pm to check for my car. The lady allocated to handle my booking was not available. At 17:30 i had still not recieved a call for pick up. I drove myself to the branch. It was an inconvenience because i was supposed to have been picked up now i had to arraige for someone to fetch the car i took myself there with. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got my car and was told the manager would contact me for an apology and explaination... 3 days later... im still waiting and calling them to no avail of the manager. </p> <p> </p> <p>There seems to be no care what so ever. Not impressed!!</p>
