Pathetic Service from VW Centurion

<p>Good evening guys, this VW is pathetic, poor service and lack of communication from the service advisor Adele. This is the second time I took my car to this dealership and on both occasions they tried to charge me for factory fault issues yet my car is under warranty. I received my car today after booking it for a radiator fault. I literally just drove around the corner and another light came on and they tried to charge me for a bulb just to find out that a clip was not clipped in properly. I got home now just to find that my right front light is not even properly aligned and my bonnet does not open, now I have to return to this pathetic dealership once more.</p>
