In experienced mechanics

I took my car to VW autohaus in 2018 for 30 000km.. Only to find out that I didn't have a break fluid after the service. I would not have known if my car did not alert me. I then raised the matter when I took my car in for 45 000km with no sound on my car... And now I feel like I am driving a putco... M so sad and my colleagues have warned about taking my car there.. The admin service I receive from leandre is perfect but I doubt the mechanics know what they are doing there.
