Horrific service almost resulted in my death

VW Autohaus Centurion's sloppy service nearly cost me my life. The dealership serviced my car and did not ***** in the wheel nuts properly. The wheel nearly came off while I was driving on the highway. I could have died! The service department denies that they removed the wheel even though their service report clearly shows that they did remove it. The man that I dealt with, identified himself as Hendrik, was extremely unhelpful.<br> <br> I have contacted other dealerships and they confirmed in writing that it is not possible to assess the brake pads without removing the wheel. This is standard practice.<br> <br> I would not recommend anyone ever using this dealership to service their car, or anything else actually. The service is horrific, and the after service/follow-up is even worse. In addition their attitude towards their customer's safety is non existent.<br> <br>
