Extended warranty - file missing???

I phoned Autohaus Centurion at the end of July '15 for a printout of my vehicle. Printout confirmed an extended warranty on the polo. I phoned McCarthy VW but they couldn't locate the polo on their system. I phoned the dealership again, informed by a lady that there is an extended warranty loaded, referred to the sales manager. I was informed that the auditors are at the dealership, only be able to help me once they're done. Two weeks passed, phoned the dealership again - couldn't find my details on their system - file is missing. Only after I supp**** the VIN no and contract - told there is no extended warranty on my vehicle, came under their attention that details easily get wrongly captured on the system which must be the reason that the system shows there is an extended warranty. Up to now I got no call from Autohaus Centurion - and my file is still missing (proof). No attempt was made to contact me. I'm disappointed in the service that I got from the dealership, not what I expected of a VW dealership. It's such a pity, would not have considered driving any other car other than a VW. Currently, I will not recommend a VW to anyone, I am utterly disgusted to say the least
