Car damaged by VW

Good day

I took my vw GTi for repairs on the whole complete light repair on the right handside and for engine control unit with no scretchs or holes on the bumper and when I came to fetch it the was holes on the bumper and cracks on all of the bumper and body and the engine light was on again after driving few kilometres. Please assist as I'm escalating it with my lawyers
