Bad service

I bought a car last year (2019 August) at 1016 Lenchen Ave N, Centurion Central, Centurion, 0046 with a dent, scratch and a faulty light and I still haven't received feed back. A few days later my wife bought a car there which the license disc is under my and not her name and they still haven't changed it. It was a problem not so long ago when she had to cross the boarder. They are the worst ever!!!!! I am taking this to VW SA because they are sitting there and doing nothing.
