Bad service

I took my car to VW Autohaus Centurion because it had a funny sound when I switched on the air-con. They claimed that it was because I replaced my windscreen, even though I had booked it in before the windscreen replacement.

They kept my car for 7 days from Tuesday until the following Tuesday. When I collected the car, it had a funny sound on the left hand side airbag. Took it back, only to find out that the bracket was not tightened. They took it for another 3 days. When I finally received my car, it has this funny sound when I am playing the radio, or speaking with the phone using Bluetooth.

I am not sure why the bad treatment. I was not even given a courtesy car even after the inconvenience of keeping my car for two weeks.

The service is extremely bad.
