Bad customer service (Autohaus Centurion VW)

<p>I am just sick and tired of people being grumpy and ready to attack you while you are a customer. What happened to giving someone a good service just by talking with respect and it will be returned to you. This lady which for now I will not mention her name gave me an attitude when I told her I am not one who authorises payment and I was giving her contacts details for the director. Then now again payment was made on friday for the vehicle and she wants proof of payment. our account lady (Jabulile Mthethwa works at VW Auto Centurion as a service advisor) is not here and I am trying to explain and I asked her to verify with her accounts but she burst into an attitude telling me the very same way she sent me an invoice I should have done the same. I demand a written apology from her because I am sure I am not the only one she speaks to in that manner. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
