BAD Customer Service

<p>5 weeks 4 days ago to be exact, I dropped my car off at VW Centurion after it had EPC warning. 5 weeks later, no one knows what caused the warning, they do not know how fix the fault. Worst of all, in this 5 weeks, my service advisor Maureen Raath, has not bothered to call me for an update. I always have to email/ call before she updates me. The manager Hannes, does not respond to emails, even when i call and leave messages, he does do return my calls. </p>
