Bad Bad service from VW Autohaus Centurion

on the 10th September i booked my car (VW Tiguan) for service at VW centurion Autohaus. I booked the car for its 90 000km service, i dropped off the car at 07:10 am at the dealership. I was called back at 15:30 to come pick up the car as it was finished with the service, i was helped by the service adviser named Londiwe. The following morning 11th September whilst my wife was driving to work about 10km away from home, she called me and told me that the car was reporting low oil levels. She pulled in at Samrand shell N1 south bound. she asked the petrol attendants to assist her by putting oil, she bought the oil but as they were putting the oil they noticed that the oil was leaking heavy under the car.

I then called VW autohaus centurion and told them to send someone to come have a look. I also went to the car to have look at whats happening. when the Technicians arrived they worked on the car immediately. When they finished i asked them what was the problem, they told me they did not close the oil tank properly when they did the service on the car.

I then asked them not to put back the lower engine splash shield as it was soaking with oil. I when drove back to the dealership and explain that i need the lower engine splash shield to be replaced as the one i had was full of oil. And i also asked them to pay my R101.00 which I bought the oil with. They refuse to replace the lower engine splash shield and told me they will wash in and also they can't pay my money back because their manager is not in the office.

Please can someone help me to get assistant from this dealership? I would also not advise anyone to use these guys as they do not respect customers they are suppose to work with.
