BAD AND POOR SERVICE
On the 13th December 2020 I bought a car at VW Autohaus centurion it was a second hand car , I was told the kilometres was 160Km but when I take the car it was on 164800 the difference was 4000 km from what they advertise on their car
I drove the car for only one week n few days on the 23 December I was on my way to Mpumalanga the car broke down in 108km from centurion when I requested the insurance to tow the car.
The reason for the breakdown was the clutch which did not burn but brake it refuse to take any According to their knowledge the clutch burnt but it did not there was no even a smell on the car but gears refuse to move. I was towed to Autohaus centurion VW where they diagnose the car and I was told it is a lifestyle driving and which was not true at all I have been driving polo for the longest time I never experienced a problem with a clutch.
I am still in the position of the clutch right now it is broken not burn
The clutch was already finished you can see the km which is 164800 KM
The breakdown happened when we're with our son who is only 3 month and VW refused to take responsibility, the service manager called Stefan Erasmus denied and insisted that I burned the clutch of a car which was close to 17000Km,he said it is my responsibility but the clutch was already finished at 164800,the clutch has never been changed since the car was used by the owner
I did not have the Christmas with my family because we spend R6000 because VW Autohaus centurion refused to take responsibility.
I advise everyone to consider other dealership this VW Autohaus Centurion is worse they did not even offer us the curtosy car
I am writing this message Bleeding inside
