aircon noise

<p>hi! i have a problem with my polo vw, which i bought on 2013 brand new. i took my car for first service (15000km) at vw tri-sec trichard and it came back making a noise when the aircon is turned on and they failed to fix my car, until today it is still making that noise and i am not happy about this, and i am paying for this car. i did report it on VW SA and their service was also poor, they could not solve the probem. i would like to expose them for their poor service and their incompetence and i am thinking changing their brand to mercedes benz or bmw or ford. plaese</p>
