Unsatisfactory Service: Loose Polo 8 TSI rearview mirror

My husband bought a brand new VW Polo 8 TSI in September 2022 in VW Arcadia, We're disappointed as the rearview mirror fell in the beginning of November 2022 after the car has travelled for about 1000kms.

We then reported the matter to VW Arcadia and the car was taken in for the repairs. They used the grey silicone to stick back the mirror. Everything went back to normal.

On Monday the 1st of May 2023, the Mirror fell again, we took the car back to VW Arcadia so that it could get repaired, but their service was very unsatisfactory. the car is with them, and they're sending us from pillar to post.

It's almost 5 days now and my husband and I, had to resort to a car rental company so that he can have transportation going to and from work. We've attached the pictures as well for your reference.

From our observation, this has been a factory fault and could have been dealt with in a better manner.

Kindly address this matter urgently as it is emotionally and financially consuming for us.
