****** sparewheel

I had new tyres in my car. Including a mag as a sparewheel. I took my car to VW arcadia for service and obviously left it there for a few hours. Now i had a tyre burst and when i changed the tyres, found out that the sparewheel has been ****** and replaced with an old rim and a tyre which is completely warn out and deflated.

Is VW assisting us in road safety or are they trying to **** us by *****ing our tyres and then replacing it with old warn deflated tyres. I was more shocked at that than the tyre burst.

How is that for safety. Very concerned
