*****, ********, Not Willing to Take Responsibility for their Employees

On November 2019 I bought my VW Polo TSI in the used car dealership. At the time of purchase my vehicle had just over 55000km on it. I was told by the salesman, a one Mr Titus who sold the car to me that the car had done a 60000km major service on it because they are reselling it and the next service on the car would be on 70000km. About two months ago in late December 2019 going to January 2020, a warning light/message came up on the dashboard that I would need to go for an oil check on the vehicle which as a consumer I'd assume it's a normal thing to do. So I called up VW to ask what I'd need to do to get service for the oil and if I could do it early in time with the warning kilos that appear which were 4000km at the time, to my shock the lady I spoke to told me my car was past due service by over 7000km and furthermore there was no record of my car ever undergoing the 60000km service, to add insult to injury, I was told by the same lady that my extended warranty was running concurrently with my factory warranty and that I was paying for a service I should have been getting free.

Upon this revelation, I decided to confront Mr Titus and asked why he'd **** about the car undergoing service of 60000km at the time of sale, and he flat out denied it of course even though u have two other witness that can confirm my word. Furthermore VW wanted to bargain with me and have me pay half for the service and they pay for labor as compensation, and that is wrong. This is so wrong on so many levels because at the time of purchase, there were other cars sold with far less kilos on them and still under service plan but I chose this one under the impression that all was in order and because I loved the color. Titus is a **** and a ********, VW Arcadia are equally the same and no one is willing to take responsibility for the deception in service rendered to me. All I asked for was a record of the 60000km service done and no one could produce it, now my car is over 9000km past due on service and furthermore they want the money to come from me and yet they **** flat out and said service was done.

My ask to them still remains and a simple one really, please produce evidence that 60000km service was done on my car at the time of purchade or pay for the full service you claimed was done on the car at the time of purchase.
