BAD SERVICE

BAD SERVICE I took my car Audi Centre in Bryanston for a service , after doing all the checks, they contacted me to inform me that the injector needed to be replaced and that they would do it with the service. A few days later I was contacted to come and collect my car and settle the bill. When collecting the car nothing was said about the service or if there were any other faults, they only told me to do a wheel alignment and wheel balancing. The day after collecting the car,while driving, the car would lose power and the engine light would light up whenever I drove over 100km. As it was a long weekend I could only take the car back on the Tuesday.

They told me to leave the car and that someone would contact me, however nobody contacted me and I had to call them to get feedback.

When I got through to somebody they told me that the Turbo needed to be replaced and that it would cost me almost R60000.

This came as a surprise because how could they not pick up this problem when they did the service. I was informed when they did the service that there were no problems and they checked everything on the computer so how is this possible.

After going back and forth they told me to leave the car and they would check again. They then called me to ask if they should replace the Turbo or they could refer me to someone cheaper.

They then kept my car for 2 weeks while doing checks again and came back to me and said nothing is wrong. NOT EVEN THE TURBO.

So how did they get to this problem in the first place and they would have let me spend all this money when it wasn't even the turbo.

So now I have my car back with a new problem that wasn't there before (it is vibrating and shaking) but Audi says there is no problem

what should I do. I am very disappointed in Audi and I don't know what to do about my car. They say its one problem , then its not, then it comes back with another problem but Audi says there is nothing wrong.

Why did I buy this car when Audi can't help me. They are just good for selling cars but when there is a problem with the car , they either find no fault or the wrong fault.
