Poor service from VW Aliwal North Hertzog bridge garage
Bad service from VW Aliwal North Hertzog bridge garage. I took in my car on the 30 December 2025 to be checked and fixed as it was having a charging problem. Ever since I took it in I was never called and never told about what was wrong with it. They promised to call me that afternoon or the next day to tell me what is wrong. My problem is that, there is no communication at all and this is not the first time they do this to me and I also believe I'm not the last. This is becoming a trend they continue to do it and frustrating customers about their bad service. They should be seen and exposed that they act as if it's their family business that operates on their terms. Last I had to take my car to Bloemfontein to be serviced as they will not service the car that is leaking oil. This is totally not professional and poor service delivery by VW Aliwal North Hertzog bridge garage.
