VVM Harassment

This company VVM has contacted my wife multiple times claiming that her number belongs to a mr E Botes. We have phoned VVM, we have emailed VVM, we chatted to them on their website portal and told them that E Botes has provided false information and VVM stated that they removed my wife's number from that E Botes link BUT we still get multiple calls per week and keep telling them the same thing over and over. I am not sure if they have a language issue or just *********** employees but we are making a harassment case at the police against VVM as they will not stop contacting my wife insisting that she is Mr E Botes.
