VVM fools !

I paid up my account in 2023. They had an incorrect email address suddenly, not sure how because the person that was assisting with the settlement letter was using the correct email address. Fastforward 2025, I need my paid up letter . It's been hell and back. Sharon promised to escalate the matter to Takatso that never bothered calling back till I called back, only to speak to Sphelele that promised to call back. I'm still waiting till today. I've exhausted all options. I've sent my request to their admin department via email, no response till now(2 weeks later). I've been correcting my email address on every call but nothing till now. My life is stuck while I don't owe them anything. All I need is a paid up letter. They are ****s and not professional at all. I call back again to follow up, now I'm getting Andile , suddenly my calls are going to Durban and both Sharon and Sphelele are in Joburg however on Friday Sphelele called me with an( 031) number. So I'm not certain is to who is fooling who here. I'm soooooo annoyed. VVM is utterly useless and ***********. PERIOD !
