Final Warning – POPIA Violation

I have made it explicitly clear on multiple occasions that you have the wrong number and that I am not the individual you are attempting to contact. Despite this, you continue to phone and send me messages.

This behavior constitutes a clear and unacceptable violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). I am now demanding that you immediately and permanently remove all of my personal information from your system.

If I receive any further contact from your side, I will proceed to lodge a formal complaint with the Information Regulator and pursue legal action without further notice.
