false promises and poor management

Good day,

I was referred to VVM Debt Collection by Ignite Fitness Gym regarding an outstanding debt. VVM contacted me and demanded payment of R1,540 to settle the debt, warning that I would be blacklisted if I failed to pay. I comp**** and made the payment, expecting to receive a paid-up letter as confirmation.

However, it has been nearly two months, and I have yet to receive the letter. Every time I call VVM, they claim they are waiting for Ignite Fitness Gym to confirm the payment and issue the letter. They repeatedly advise me to wait 7 to 21 working days, but nothing has been resolved.

Kindly assist in escalating this matter so I can receive my settlement letter without further delay.
