What a nightmare!

Payment was made now I have to run after them wading and begging for the paid up letter.

To top it off they suddenly can't find me on their system, yet confirmed that they received the payment on the agreed date. (June 25, 2026)

(Initial request was done in the 13th July and was told it would take 21 working days) Paid up letter request date updates to the follow up date, their reference tracking system is worse than our government facilities.

Their supervisor is always in a "meeting" when asked for, everyone takes my details and never calls back neither do they have a line of communication/direct email address to the supervisor.

Call agents are rude and incapable of thinking in their feet it's repulsive.

Somebody, anybody help? I need my paid up letter I settled the account 2 months ago already?!
