VUYANI FURNITURE TRANSPORT AND SALES
Paul from Bulls removals quote promised good service and insurance against damages. Their guys in Cape Town turned out to be Vuyani furniture transport and Sales we later found out. Our couches arrived damaged and filthy. The twos guys they sent to collect arrived with household clingwrap to wrap the couches with. Bulls offered R300 to clean our couches against a quote of R1200?? STAY AWAY FROM BOTH THESE COMPANIES!

28 May 2020, 17:22The couches were damaged and got dirty because they had to be moved down a narrow flight of stairs, from the 6th floor. This is something we never made aware of by the client or bulls removals and that we never quoted for. Nonetheless we did what we could to get the couches moved. Client was there.

29 May 2020, 09:03Yes i was there, and shocked at the manner in which things were done (including what seemed like 2 guys who were picked up off the street at short notice), but you reassured me via telephone at the time that my couches would be delivered clean and undamaged. This did not happen! I still await compensation for the repair and cleaning of my couches! i have the pics to prove this. Suggest you chat to your buddy Paul and make good. Unbelievably shoddy service.

Yes i was there, and shocked at the manner in which things were done (including what seemed like 2 guys who were picked up off the street at short notice), but you reassured me via telephone at the time that my couches would be delivered clean and undamaged. This did not happen! I still await compensation for the repair and cleaning of my couches! i have the pics to prove this. Suggest you chat to your buddy Paul and make good.
