When called to explain his response was he is not responsible for any damage and it's written in his contract. Couch full of oil stains, washing machine top broken and front of damaged. Fridge dented. Vuyani's company collects your goods then hands it over to another company to take responsibility and transport so he basically doesn't know when this damage took place because he didn't transport your goods another company did. And you have no relationship with company because you didn't give them your things. I have all the communication, as well as a delivery note from the outsourced company.
