Disgusting service

Such disgusting service, our stuff was collected in JHB for a trip to Capetown, a move that was supposed to cost us R6850 cost us way more than anticipated before our stuff was aloud to be offloaded we had to pay the driver R2000. Our stuff was so damaged even my child's mattress was soaking wet in fact all our boxes were too where our microwave sastained water damage. Not to mention our couch that is ripped even after being bubble wrapped by the company. Also our washing machine that was 3 months old was full of dents and scratches which was bubble wrapped and apparently blankets put over it. Also my bed side table that was NEVER off loadded. if any one is considering using this company to move there belongings please message me for photos I have a whole album full, these people have no respect for your belongings. Vuyani If I were you I would start by answering your phone so that we can actually deal with the issues at hand I signed your papers where It said that complimentary bubble wrapping would be done but in actual fact I had to pay extra also stated that insurance was included. I will be taking this further, you have damaged our belongings that we have worked very hard for. The least you Can do is have some business etiquette and answer your phone. Very disappointed and disgusted in your company.
