Property complain

Hi, I'm a tenant in a place called vusulela place... last night someone stole my phone in my apartment ,I approached the security and the manager (Anderson) for help so they could help with yesterdays footage so we could see if we'd make out how he got into the building (for clues who it might be),but they told us they can't help us
