Defective Vuse Iced Mango Pods – Burnt Taste from First Use

I am extremely disappointed with Vuse product quality.

I recently purchased Vuse Iced Mango pods, and from the very first use the pod tasted burnt, dry, and completely unlike the advertised flavour. This was not a mild issue—it was clearly a defective pod and unusable.

A product like this should meet basic quality standards, especially from a well-known brand. A burnt taste on first use suggests either poor quality control or a manufacturing defect.

I attempted to resolve this through the retailer, Checkers, but they refused to assist and directed me to contact Vuse instead.

As a customer, I should not have to go through this process for a faulty product.

I still have the defective pod and packaging and would like:

A replacement or refund An explanation of how such a defective product passed quality control

This experience has negatively impacted my trust in Vuse products.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
