Undignified funeral

I am disappointed! My grandmother has been paying since 2009, claim free. In our time of need you gave us a poor service! When we joined the scheme we were told transportation is provided anywhere in South Africa. When we went to claim we were told we have to pay R700 for 50 programs, we have to buy flowers. After bickering they said they will make the programs and provide flowers but we have to pay R8500 for transport, mind you we have been claim free for 15 years and they promised us free transportation. After we paid the R8500 we only received 47 programs instead of 50. We received a very poor service. We were promised a he**** and a family car but only 1 small family car with a tiny trailer came when we asked what happened we were told vusana cars are busy😡😡 after paying R8500.
