refuse to refund

Vusalela Day spa in Hartebee****rtdam south Africa sold me a costume at their shop but refuses now to refund or exchange.<br> The costume is not the typical SA size 40 what we would be use to buying in SA. Now they refuse to accept liability to refund and states that its not their policy to refund costumes. That was not communicated to me in the shop either.
