Poor service Level

I would like to start by saying the type of people that is employed at Vusa Isizwe Security its looks as if these employees work for free .They are not sufficient and very unhelpful at Lenasia South Hospital do not do there proper duties and services. Let me justify Today 30.10.2022 around 8:40am being visitors for the very first time Me and my sister needed assistance with regards to advise in the Mental Health Section, there were two gentlemen at the door at casualty confirmed the directions towards mental health section we reached and followed his directions, Another lady working for Vusa Isizwe Security Services was sitting on a chair in a room door opened and my sister asked her "Hello sister can you tell me is this mental health section" that Lady further said "No its not this side" ok Me and My sister went door that passage two other ladies working there were talking and they said they open on Monday to Friday not on weekends however we are determined to find that Section as we are seeking for advise only we continued to walk and we saw another lady that is employee in your company and so pleasantly walking and showing us the way too Female Section. After a tired walk we reached Female Section ...... The lady mentioned above **** to us as we were there the first time why??? not know however as we approaching about four or five had bags looks as if they were ready to leave when I asked for her name is gave me very much attitude, so here me describing her a bit dark in complexion , weights around 70/80 pounds I am sure she is working in the female section. My review hereto is your employees are not doing a 100 percent service as promised and your reputation as a company your employees are not fulfilling the duties and commitment. We shouldn't be treated this way. I have noticed that there is camera's in lenasia South Hospital please have a review of your staff Thank you
