PAY BACK THE MONEY, SWIFT!

I have a problem with the business. My mother Jeanette Ngcobo put in a Lay-buy for a Russell Hobb Kettle and Toaster set she saw in one of the Vursa shops that was in Dobsonville Mall. Until one day my mother went to pay for her Lay-buy (in instalment). The shop was the closed and has been said it will re-open at Protea Mall. it was never open and now my mother is struggling to get her money back since she didn't finish paying off the items she wanted, she must get a refund. Contacted the owner of the business, his name is Swift but he has since been running around and not paying back my mother her money.
