IRP5 Issue

I worked for this company for the past five years and was retrenched on September 18, 2020. They provided me with an incorrect IRP5. I have been trying to contact them for two years regarding my IRP5, but I have had no luck. I have called their Group HR Manager and the staff, and they keep giving me hope that this matter will be resolved. However, when it’s time to take action, they no longer answer my calls. I am now owing SARS due to the outstanding 2021 IRP5 issue.
