Death claim

<p>I gave the death claim documents on the 22 nd of July and I have not received any communication from them, when I called to enquire about the progress of the claim I'm always told that the person who I submitted my documents to is not in, and I should call the following day, its always the same excuse and the people who answer the phone are always rude and inconsiderate </p>
