Deceased provident fund claim

I started a claim for deceased provident fund February 2022, submitted all documents that were required. 2023 March when I mafe a follow-up, I was told that the were ready to be released. Without receiving any communication I kept on doing follow-ups and was nit given a clear feedback. April 2024 I made a follow-up and they said they will get back to me. Till this day, no communication has been received.

The fact that I have submitted all the required documents and kept on doing follow-ups, but there has been no progress, is mentally draining. I have a very bad experience with the company.
