Vuma and Mweb combination a joke
This is a very bad combination. I app**** for a fiber connection with Mweb when the installation time came Vuma I didn’t have a problem as long as it’s working properly. I have been having network issues when you call Mweb you need to have R1000 airtime because you will wait forever online just to speak to a consultant. In December last I didn’t have network close to a week. This year my son is writing his trial matric exams and he attends online classes I don’t have network as from Monday it’s Thursday today. I’m utterly disappointed on the service I’m getting we depend on the it since I sometimes work from home but now on those days I’m forced to go work at the office. This is unacceptable as I always pay my account on time and I heavily depend on the WiFi to do my work and my son to attend his classes.
We understand how disruptive this has been, especially with you working from home and your son relying on the connection for his online matric trial exam classes. Being without a service since Monday, after also experiencing previous extended outages, has understandably left you disappointed.We’ve logged the issue with our Technical Support Team for investigation and assistance.
