Vuma Disgusting

Service is disappointing. I've been without internet for 2 weeks and their what's up customer chat is not helping at all. I have repeated myself constantly and still nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend anyone to sign up with Vuma until they have a proper process for customers. They are unrecheable I would like them to pay back my money .How do you run a business without proper customer support channels.
