VUM is stressing me.

I'm a client of VUM. -Bad communication (only through an email which auto respond) no direct phone call communications. -only communicate via a broker(of which they also get the same treatment). -All documents were sent to them but they are not responding with a way forward. -May car is just standing in one of the storages, where they took it to, I don't know what's next since I've been waiting. I'm frustrated and stressing everyday.
